He will meet with other advisors or specialists as needed to develop alternative solutions for your consideration. The project ends when your personal advisor summarizes your decisions and provides a written plan of action. You can implement these actions yourself or you can hire us to help you. Should other issues arise, you can simply hire us again to help you address them.
